I still have several outstanding orders going back to March. I was aware of her unfortunate travel situation but still there was a lack of news regarding what was happening. Maybe I was a little un-empathetic as she had everyone in limbo, though I know she was having to rebuild the info without her laptop. Wouldn’t the webstore have an order history though? I really don’t know.
I asked for an update but the only way I had gotten her attention was to request refunds through PayPal in May, which she refused. She asked me to close the cases because it hadn’t been that long (three months without contact isn’t too long?) and said she would hurry up and get everything done and send proof to PayPal.
They have still not all been finished. And guess what, when you close a case in PP, you can’t reopen it.
I haven’t heard from her since early last month (she had sent me a few completed orders) and I don’t know the best way to get in touch now that her shop is closed for reformatting.
Does anyone know if she is all right?
She doesn’t really post much anywhere, and the last time I asked Noctua (and that’s been a while), she didn’t really know either since their orders are separate.
I haven’t seen a new newsletter either since she stated about the remodel of her store (and I seem to recall she said she’d get everything caught up in June?). I would just like to know what’s happening. I am sorry for her situation but it’s hard not to feel like the money is just gone.

I was able to get in touch with Hysteria on another forum (but be aware she does not check often). She is living in an area with spotty WiFi. If you haven’t heard from her, try emailing again using the gmail address on her shop website. She said previous emails may have been lost during some craziness, which I assume means all the travel and moving around.
Hopefully we can all get our orders sorted out.

Okay I like Hysteria/vixen/whatever she goes by now as a person, but as a business owner I do not recommend her at all.
I am still playing the game of “where in the world is Carmen Sandiego” to try to get my orders completed. I haven’t heard from her since Oct. 2 and efforts to reach her have gone unanswered.
We initially had a dispute about refunds but this has gone on long enough. My last order is five months overdue.

Goes to show you that an assertive customer is more likely to get their order fulfilled. This is both good to hear for your end and unfortunate for everyone else, seeing as how most people here try to give sellers the benefit of the doubt. Whatever the case, I hope others start getting their orders processed as well now that it seems one set has been completed.

She keeps losing emails, for whatever reason. I suggest customers keep trying to contact her.
