Who doesn't love Vincent Price? As with all Price films this one doesn't disappoint for a second. I love the way this was filmed, I love the characters and I love the twists & surprises. This was a great 1959 classic. Price was the perfect, spooky host you love to be weary of! LOL

This is one of my very *FAVOURITE* horror films of all time. Vincent Price is amazing and always brings a spooky atmosphere along with him in his acting. Movies like the original Haunted Hill are great because they rely on psychological terror to a greater extent, as well as the art of surprise and suspense. They do include these aspects in newer films, but not in a way that I feel is comparable to older ones.

This movie is an absolute classic! Vincent Price is one of my favorite all time actors. You can watch this movie over and over and still see something you didn't see before.
Newer movies are all special effects now. Either they use new upcoming actors or big names just to bring in people.
There's not very many character actors nowadays.

Well behaved women rarely make history.
Dance like nobody is watching.

Gonna show my elderness....This movie was released in 1959? I saw it on TV late night during my sister's 16th birthday sleepover (yep, I was that tag along sister type) in 1966. I was 11 years old and it scared the DICKENS out of me! It was the "insinuated" things that freaked me out. I love it now but it really scared me back then. :scared:
Oddly enough, as my Grandma on my dad's side grew older, she ended up looking a lot like Vincent Price. That alone was creepy sorta.
