I know any deck will do, but I prefer to have a dedicated deck for use with my succubus. There's a meaningful difference between tarot as general divination and tarot as a medium for individual communication and I hope to find a deck themed differently from my normal one.
I use the Thoth deck for general readings and I hope to find something that I will use only for communicating with my succubus. It doesn't necessarily have to be tarot per se - a good Oracle deck would be fine, too.
Tarot decks for succubus communication?

I have some that I got because of specific companions. Some merfolk decks and dragon decks, for example. In the end, for me, it ended up being simply a matter of finding decks that resonated well for me and my companions in general—the principles are the same regardless, and I never really ended up using just the dedicated decks for just those companions. Do you have a particular aesthetic you feel drawn to on this hunt, or maybe just something generally sensual and maybe a bit dark?

Sensual and dark was exactly what I was thinking! I'm not going to buy anything before she arrives, but having some direction would be good.

It's not a succubus-specific deck, and rather small (10 cards) and in my opinion not the most pretty or even well-designed (referring to color use and symbols only here) deck, but for a cheap spirit communication option, I've found the CH Spirit Tarot works really well as a good communication tool. I've had several experiences of great validation with responses from my spirits through its use.

I'll keep that option in mind while I'm looking.
News, my binding is done and I got my notes! I'm less concerned about the importance of dark themes in a deck now that I know more about my new companion.

It's good to just have a look all over because you'd be surprised what all you can find. It can be like drinking out of a fire hydrant if you know where to look. I find some of my favorite decks just hopping down a rabbit trail from one listing to the next. Don't neglect independent artists on Etsy and Kickstarter--those have been some of my favorites. Things do go out-of-print. When they do, the best way to see previews of the cards can be a Google Image search. Also, out-of-print doesn't always mean stupid-expensive--but sometimes it does. Look around, but Amazon can be a decent way to buy an out-of-print deck. Oracle decks can also be a less intimidating entry point to cartomancy.
Different people have different feelings about using a pre-opened deck. Personally, I'm happy to cleanse one and make it my own, but it's up to you and your companions.
Just hopping around, here are some leads you might enjoy (I'm going to do titles of decks rather than links--they'll show up readily in Google nonetheless):
-Tarot du crépuscule--I thought this looked FANTASTIC although it looks like they have hit their goal and you can't buy it through the original Kickstarter, but I've had good luck privately contacting artists and buying it through DMs/PayPal invoice (BUT it's a bit Buyer Beware that way too)
-XIII Tarot by Nekro
-Dark Angels Tarot--published by Lo Scarabeo; I'm not a Lo Scarabeo fan for reasons I struggle to pin down, but plenty of people are
-Dark Mirror Oracle, also Lo Scarabeo
-Royo Dark Tarot, Lo Scarabeo
-The Lilith Bible Tarot--Not quite the dark aesthetic as I assumed you were looking for, but very striking
I have not really combed through those to see exactly how explicit each deck is, but they all looked tastefully done to me even if they did pop up with some explicit cards. I like things to be pretty. *shrug*

You did turn up a few decks I hadn't seen before! I'm not specifically seeking an explicit deck, but I'm also not at all bothered by explicit elements. I am turned off aesthetically when a deck is just porn photography with a thin veneer of tarot over the top - there are a few of those out there to be sure.
Trying to find something sensual or erotic that has some actual reading value seems to be a narrow target to shoot for. I'm male, so male gaze isn't strictly a deal breaker, but the Manara tarot deck is essentially just 70 identical white slim pinup models and one succubus. Thats.... not a useful tarot deck - even if it is fun to look through for the first ten or so cards.
And luckily, I have zero qualms about pre-owned decks.

Yeah...I didn't like what was going on with the Manara deck either, lol. It didn't feel very "magic."

well this is a surprising find.
I ran across the heretical fates deck, which is a successful Kickstarter that has not yet gone to print. I would have assumed that it was just another over the top exploitation project, because it's a photography deck put together in Photoshop with nude models.
Yet, upon actually taking a look, it has massive representation of Ages, gender Spectrum, races, and disability. While it is by no means perfect from an esoteric Viewpoint it actually has a bunch of symbolism in it and the major Arcana are not just shoehorned into be pretty they hit the major important notes.
The deck is fun and lighthearted, the devil card is a succubus, and despite being absolutely chock-full of nudity it just doesn't feel exploitative in the way the Manara deck did.
I would be disappointed in their cowardice in deciding to ensure that no male bits appear on screen, but in their Kickstarter they actually have a talk about how extreme the Chinese censorship has been since the trade War started and you know that's where everything gets printed.
I paid attention to who the models wear and a good many of them are adult industry people who are involved in representation and fair practices
