I'm resurrecting this thread only cause I'd like to know if they can be reused, or do we have to get red of the doll or cleanse it.... exactly how does this work?

They can be reused.
The instructions on the box say to tell each doll one worry, and if I remember right, they came in a set of 6. So you’re only allowed to have 6 worries per night.
