Should probably do more research about it to get the best results when meditating, though I'm quite limited to when I can actually meditate (Either very early in the morning or late at night).
Early in the morning is actually perfect. Especially if you're trying to get an OBE. The wide awake back to sleep method works beautifully in these cases.

Huh, honestly didn't think there were much other options in terms of meditating. I assumed that sitting in silence or listening to binaural beats were the two main ways people would meditate, guess there are more options than I initially thought. Also what's the difference between isochronic and binaural beats? How do they function differently in terms of listening to them whilst meditating?
Isochronic and binaural beat have the same function I think. I prefer listening to isochronics or energetically programmed audios(sapien med, quadible, etc) because I don't need to wear headphone/headset when listening to those. I kinda dislike wearing headphone and even more when I am meditating.

When I started my meditation practice, I did it in silence for a few years. Later I tried binaural beats and all that did was aggravate me. I tried isochronic and prefer it over binaural beats but my main method is silence.

As far as I know, isochronic, binaural beats, guided meditation, etc are intended as tools to help achieving desired state. One shouldn't be depended on them in their practice or daily life.
