Also if you need some quick pointers to begin, it is always highly recommended to start with protection before getting into anything else (grounding, shielding, warding, meditating [optional albeit very very helpful to learn]), and some others that include practices to strengthen clair-senses (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, etc,), just as a starting point. :)
