Libido, romance, sex, attraction, virility - these are all words that are talking about the same thing.

That said, all spirits and spells need somewhere to start when it comes to helping you, so if you're not doing stuff like mental or physical exercises (like some have mentioned) there won't be anything for a spell or spirit to boost your success with. Just some food for thought.

I can only find the following:

Love, Romance, Sex Spells Category
Sensuality, Virility Spells Category

The two spirits that come to mind are the Succubus and the Kentauride.

Nothing I see is SPECIFICALLY "last longer in bed" however, but it's all more or less the same. That's really more of a mental thing that you'd need to work on, especially if you want to "distract the mind". There may be some tantric books that can help, or some works on sex magick. There may even be a teacher in your area?

You could also see a sexual health specialist if you think it's a problem. Their expertise could recommend something more appropriate than Tramadol, surely.

I would suggest to email CH and get some recommendation or get a doctor's opinion on this.
