In the "Instructions for Use" it explains that you don't need to do anything for this to work for you.
Reading the couple of reviews for the listing, I gather that all you need to do is just work and focus on the binding, keeping it near you or on you, and just ask your chakras to open or close. I assume that it might come with a activation code for you to use, but I haven't bought this spell so I can't completely say whether or not there is. I hope this helps ^^
