There is a chance also that you empowered your own thoughtform by giving it energy from your soul to live off, which might help it become autonomous. But I'm no expert. I would just be aware if strange paranormal activity escalates and realize it's possible it's not your servitor at all and instead a thoughtform you've created, unintentionally.
