First question of the day!

I do hope i am not bothering everyone that replies too much with my daily questions. It's just that i have never had anyone (much less a community of people) who could give me actual experience based information on these subjects. So my curiosity is unbound!!

When you have an OBE (more specifically are astral projecting purposely) do/does your spirit (s) come with you on the astral plane in the physical sense? By physical sense i mean are they there in a visible form that you can "see?"

Also was curious if there are beings/entities that are always present when you are on the astral plane? I know everyone is different, but for each person is there a certain being/entity that greets you when you first leave the body? OR are there certain ones that you tend to always see when you are traveling in this way?

They definitely can be present, especially if you ask them to be.

Generally easier to see and hear in the astral than in the mundane.
