Yesterday I had a bad case of food poisoning. I was in bed most of the day, weak and nauseous. I asked my Phoenix (I) and my Ramidreju (R) for help, anything they could do to speed along my recovery. I felt (R) cuddle up with me in bed, placing his body next to my stomach. I felt (I) perch on my bookcase next to my bed keeping vigil over me. I slept most of the day and night and my symptoms weren’t as bad once they were with me. Their presence was very comforting and I know they helped me recover faster. I love them both and I’m so happy to have them in my life.
