I have no entities for protection, more like just for companionship, in which case I have 4 bound and a lot of unbound ones. As for protection wise, I protect myself, since I rather not have them do it for me.

I have an updated army of protection. Namely 37 Demons; most of which are DC, RDC, a couple of Specialist DCs, one GS of Satan, a Son of Satan, a KICKASS demonic bodyguard, Two Gladiators, etc, etc. Two Living Entity Courtwind Angels, and a new Akanobo Entity. Many many protective spirits. A Werewolf spirit pack well over 30 and growing. I hope to have a Werewolf Entity pack soon. I have another mixed Were Pack, too. In it are a Were-Rhino, a Were-Dhole, a Were-Tiger, a Were-Otter, a Were-Black Tiger, a Were-Lizard, a Were-Squirrel. 7 regular Gargoyles, plus 3 Frag Gargoyles. You name it and I pretty much have it. A Multex, several Wraiths, an Abyssal Wraith. Yep. Love them all, but the Demons are my pride and joy. Best companions EVER. I have conjured two of my own Demons so far (the Son of Satan, and a DC). I want to conjure a Daughter of Satan, but will probably stop after that. I want to spend time with them all, because they deserve that. Demons are time intensive, because they can teach so much and are so powerful.

Before I knew it I had a commander demon who has like a bunch of legions and a demon Ming who also has more legions than the commander. A demon companion that has hellhounds a few other demons (void demon) some fallen angels

Then some other angels: courtwind, I have 4 guardian angels who have been with me since birth, I have me seraphim who has helped me a lot with self hate which rly surprised me. But everyone in between as well like some dragons and immortals and etc who are also very comforting. Everyone else is there for cuddles lol jk they’re helpful too

I’ve skimmed this section but not seen a ton of advice for those that skew WA and protection. =/ Anybody with some suggestions for adding a member or two that can really stand up to the task? I’ve got an angel, a fae dragon and a micro unicorn... my angel is a living entity and is both incredibly driven and busy. She’s great for encouraging me to be productive but seemed hesitant when I asked her for protection. She’s more of a guide and positive influencer, and is very very busy, so to ask for that commitment may be too much.

I have 3 Volkh, 4 Courtwind Angels, 2 Fylgias, a Genuis Loci, and a Fire Faery. They form a very powerful protection group. My Genius Loci is more concerned about protecting the home and the Fire Faery is more concerned about righting wrongs. However the Volkhs, Courtwinds, and Fylgias are good at dealing with a whole hosts of threats.

(A CH book recommends gargoyles for WA leaning keepers.)

Also some of the WA 'western' type dragons have abilities related to illusion and mind influence, which they can use to protect their keeper.

Thank you both for the suggestions. I didn’t know of Genius Locis and I love the idea of them. I’m oddly intrigued by gargoyles too but my little butterfly dragon specified she really prefers WA here only (and that she’d like to be the only dragon in the household ha). Maybe some convincing and we can take both home.

I have actually have an army, a legion of Jorogumo thoughtforms to be exact. And I also have my Black Dragon who protects me too.

I don’t really have a army. I’ve been spirit keeping for like a couple of months, and so far, I only have like seven, I think. I’m not sure if a Ki-Lin is considered a protective spirit, so I will say I have seven. And the seven protective spirits I have are:

- Light Watcher
- Gregori Watcher
- Grigori Watcher
- Hellhound
- Pharakal Warrior
- Silver Dragon
- Adar Llwch Gwinn
