Has anyone ever studied deeply into Ancient Egyptian Folklore? I've read stories about Archaeologists dying in strange manners after uncovering certain tombs. Has anyone heard about these Egyptian deities being contacted?

It was just coincidence ... and mostly hyped after the opening of Tutankhamun’s tomb. Howard Carter lived on for many years afterwards. Most archaeologists have not succumbed to anything strange. There is the real-world possibility of sickness from mold spores and such. But curses? No.

I agree with Shifa on tomb-curses. That's a pretty accurate assessment.
That said, curses were certainly a thing--just not the Hollywood-mummy-curse sort of way.
