I would say maybe do an id or birth certificate check but then again that creates problems like taking to long to verify or not having your id on you. I know I don't because my family won't give me my SS, Id, and birth certificate so I'm still working on ordering it. But minors lying and buying sexual spirits is very scary. Wouldn't the spirits know they are underage and not do anything with them?
I think people who can't believe in fairy's are not worth knowing.
