Have there been problems with email or perhaps it has changed?
I sent an email to support about a missing item from an order on Jan. 27 and again on Feb. 12, just in case it got lost in the ether. I copied the email address off my last correspondence with support, to make sure I had it correct, but I haven't had a response to either one.

Yes. When I resent the email, I also copied the email address from my last correspondence to support to make sure it was correct.

Hmmm... I really don't know what can be the issue. Have you put your order number into subject headings like this

because, they look for order problems to correct them quickly, every day but not necessarily they have time to get back to you within a day, if it's a general enquirie. That is my experience.

Yep - that's been my experience as well, which is why I was a bit surprised by the non response.
