I have befriended quite an assortment of DA and WA spirits. I seem to attract a lot of darker spirits, though on the very light spectrum. However, I did befriend many more WA than DA, perhaps it has something to do with the fact that I started my spirit keeping journey with two WA spirits. I do get a few intense headaches but I think it depends on your sensitivity to certain energy (in this case, DA energy) and how familiar you are with it.

Im so innocent. I dint know anything about spirit keeping. I buy 2 kitsune amulet from ebay come from Thailand. So it cause me diziness, tired, behave like fox and whole body surround with intense energy.

My first DA was a djinn. I knew nothing about spirit keeping at the time. Spirit keeping came to me without me looking for it, through dreams, signs, synchronicities etc. It was so loud I couldn't ignore it . It led me to the djinn who came home with me. I had no acclimation symptoms. He began to teach me so much about abilities, exercises, awareness, protection etc. I felt my first spirit tingles and touches from him. He surrounded me with magical experiences and gave me a beautiful intro to spirit keeping. I then began to bring home vampires, gargoyles, dragons.. Most of my keep is DA and over time I noticed a theme of bringing home companions who were darker and darker. Now I mostly bring DA LE into my keep. Usually don't have symptoms except occasionally (if they are extremely dark) a feeling of high energized excitement.

I attract DA naturally... and I like to keep DA beings (usually living entities) as much as I enjoy WA. They are all ok. I have not gotten any major DA adjustment symptom in all these years.

More drawn to DA then WA.

My first experience of any adjustments energy wise was with a hellhound from CH. He was attached to an "ancient worlds" collection I was not interested, but kept getting pulled back to the listing...
Freebie came up with one of my first orders and I selected a hellhound...lo and behold...
Intense headaches and moods for a handful of days - still one of the only I've experienced anything with.

Funny side note...actually thought I'd caught CH out...paying for these types of services was something I was distrustful of... then having the same description come thru for my hound...(the original listing was tucked away having been up for a long time from the looks of it...) thought they'd copy/pasted from a list lol...

In the beginning, I would get mild headaches when I had DA spirits bound to me. And maybe noticed slight elevation in mood changes. But now, it doesn't bother me. I love DA
