I'm so excited. My first order has completed and I got the new customer thing for a penny. Silly me in my excitement didn't edit a single box on that listing. When I realized, I figured I'd let whom ever choose for me. I'm good with suprises, and my purchases are my birthday presents any way.
So, I was stalking my orders and it was completed and I got a Pheonix!! But, there isn't that much info here on them. I'm going to do some basic research tonight on them in general, but if anyone has any experiences I'm all ears.
Also, my Dragon, Sterling and Sang Vamp are also completed. I'm like a kid at Christmas.
But for real, a Pheonix! Aaahhhh

I'm assuming you'll have read this in the CH Encyclopedia:

"The Phoenix in spirit has immense strength, spiritual healing properties, attracts an abundance of wealth, and balances the body and soul amongst many other amazing gifts you will be granted in their presence!"

I think it's worth pondering this, as with any CH spirit description. (In fact I've noticed that when there's a seemingly odd phrase or choice of words this can actually be a clue to one of that spirit's paranormal aspects. Of course there can be typos sometimes too.)

Then the initial 30 bonding period gives us a chance to get to know the spirit, develop a line of communication with them. As we notice the subtle impressions from that, it opens up into a much more interactive channel.

At least that's how I experience it.

I have a Phantom Phoenix from CH and a Phoenix from MMT. I'm open to the possibility that a Phoenix from CH will be experienced somewhat differently from one from MMT. They certainly have different descriptions. I don't assume that a bound spirit will behave according to what folklore says. I go mostly by what happens when the channel of communication opens up.

I do also bear folklore etc in mind and research historical references and any background info I can find. Yet with CH spirits I usually find all the info I really need is in the Encyclopedia and the rest comes from the spirit's interaction.

Yes and her description is also lovely. I was entirely not expecting her.

Did you offer any thing to yours? In anticipation of my friend's arrivals, I've got their space set up with things I've seen each one likes, but I haven't seen anything specific to her. Or my Lubba really.

Congrats! I was so excited for my first spirits to come I was pacing waiting for the mailman to arrive. A Phoenix was one of my first companions. They are lovely. Loyal, healing, and patient

I did far more when I got my first few bound spirit companions but after the spirit family got quite large, I set up communes. I give the CH creatures offering item to my creatures commune, which includes the 2 phoenixes. One is from MMT and doesn't need any offerings.

Oh good! I grabbed a creature offering and was thinking of doing just communal offerings.

Ahh congrats! I also order my penny companion thingy and ordered a phoenix it just called to me. I hope we'll be good friends. I'm also interested in know personal experiences with phoenixes. I also ordered a Unicorn and a Dragon and cleo djinn xD =3 I feel ya, like a kid a Christmas getting cuties!!! Wanna hug them!!!!!

A Phoenix does sound like a mythical being, making me excited to meet one as well
