This is great advice! I made my 3-month goal list last night with about 5 goals, and selected my spirits to help with each one. It really did make me feel better about how to work with my spirit family, and it now actually FEELS like I'm working with them properly. It gave me a good feeling completing this list then asking them for their help, 1 goal after the other. It also made me more clear about what I wanted in life, and something to work towards to instead of having vague expectations and timelines.

Can't wait to see what happens in 3 months! Then 6 months, then... :p
