With my new job (tomorrow) my stress level is improving. More money, insurance, room for promotion, easier people to work with, quieter, and so on. Earlier schedule. I am sleeping better and meditating more consistently for longer sittings. My heart rate variability biofeedback training is paying off. I finally got more than one spin on my telekinesis training object. This year I had my first spontaneous OBE in decades and more hypnagogic imagery than I have had in years. The biggest change was that 2018 has actually been my happiest year since I was in early grade school. That sense of being on the edge of something great has been there for a long time, but now it looks like it could really happen.

This reading actually explains something about myself. I was hiking at this nature reserve last year and on the way there were these very steep stairs leading up to a 80m / 262ft rock. I was a bit cocky as I started the climb but about half way up I realized I may not be that good with heights and I really had to pull myself together couple of times to reach the top. It was quite a surprizing reaction but I think this may have something to do with it:

I'm thankful for knowing this as I feel it helps explains some things about me.

I received this reading which I bought as it was discounted, had it in my wish list for a long time.

I was given 2 past lives.
In one I was chocked in the other strangled lol
The reading made sense to me.

Overall, a good reading!
