If I remember correctly, I believe Billy (thepaganshop) has some custom conjure dragon shifters, Toni (removed by moderator) has custom conjure lion shifter, and Jamie (blujay76) has were-kittens and she has a listing of a custom conjure of any were.

Yep, at least in CH I found 3 definitions:
1. Those who were turned, e.g. into vampires, werewolves, etc.
2. Those who can shift into other forms, aka shifters.
3. Those who are hybrids of human and other race, aka halver.
Each may be related to the other, for example some shifters may have hybrid ancestral, but not necessarily be so : )

I have a were - cat custom conjuration from CH. She turned at the age of 12, then died at 14 due to not able to withstand the transformation.
Her very first appearance was a reddish cat, with stripes. Then, She had shown her real girl self and she calls me mama. She is really amazing, chatting and into everything we are doing. She can easily shift into a cat, and hangs out with my Lynx and my dragons and my High ELFs she says.

I've seen some on Lisa's listings. Were-dragons, were-cats, were-vamps, some were-animals.
My were dragon takes an elf form. His energy feels similar to my other dragons, just with added sexual energy.

I saw an unbound were-savannah sitting at a friend's house watching me in cat form. It was a beautiful darker golden color; it was sitting on the arm of the couch with its paws tucked under its chest and watching me move around her place. Not sure if it was me or her that the spirit was chilling around, she is a spirit keeper too. I told her about it but I have not seen it since.
