I have some freebie spells that don't have energy added and I wonder how often I need to charge them. Is it based on how often I work with them? Is it best to do every night? Every week?

If you wear the spell vessel often, it will automatically charge/cleanse itself with the sun and the moon. If you work with your spell often, it will make your spell more potent, so you don't have to charge your vessel often. Otherwise, some spells or their energy becomes weaker if you don't use them or their vessels don't get worn often, in my opinion. So perhaps aim for 1-3 months if you haven't worn one in a long time?

Most of my spells are bind to spirit or master vessel with charging added but I do have spells that are not bounded to my spirit or master vessel. For these I just leave them in a charging bag when not in use. Luckily all of them came with a simple charging bag so I don’t run out of bags.

I pretty much keep the spells not used often in a charging bag or box when I’m not using them.
