I know exactly your pain. I am in your shoes as English is my second language. What I do, I memorise all my codes and rehearse them almost daily out loud. Two things happens... I practice phonetics pronunciation, and gives me a chance to correct myself, if didn't say it right. Also, ne guides able to activate them after awhile simple but my itentions even if I can't say them the right way.

Do you mean CH's spell binding code names? They often do come with a phonetic-type guide to pronunciation. If the ones you have don't, perhaps you can ask CH support.
Sometimes - if you speak English pretty well - a CH code name may sound exactly like it sounds in your head when you read it. At other times vowels or consonants in code names are pronounced differently than we might expect (as speakers or readers of English).
For example, sometimes a C may be pronounced like a K but at other times like an S. An E may be pronounced like Eh, or Ih, or Ee.
One interesting thing I've found from using CH items and methods to conjure spirits for myself is it's quite surprising how the spirits themselves say they pronounce parts of their name.
I think generally speaking CH think it's important to pronounce a CH code name as precisely as possible. You may sense the 'sweet spot' feeling when you get that right.
When it comes to code words from any other practitioner, of course we'll need to ask them about pronunciation issues.
You must stay on the path. Do not leave it.
If you do, you'll never...
find it again.
No matter what may come, stay on...
