I have all but the Infinity spell and Doppelganger binding, but I do have a few CH spells that bring out the opposite ends of me. That works perfectly for me as something similar to the Doppelganger binding.

Would you mind telling which spells that bring out your opposite ends? I been wanting to work with my shadow/dark self and am interested in all tools/spells that can aid with that work.

You can also ask CH to suggest a race that will help you work with your shadow self. Once you begin the process, you'll have the support you need from your companion(s).
I'd start with this Polar Self spell. It is easy to do, but you need to remember the code word and use it when needed. I think it brings out the opposite personality in me, which help me be more balanced.

- This spell is for kids but I use it for adults too. It helps balance your energy levels so you don't go to the extreme ends.
