I have accumulated quite a few protective spell bindings from Creepy Hollows, they're all Class 5 Tier 3. Since they're all on a Master Vessel which is bound to my spirit, I should be protected. But how do I use these bindings to protect family members? How do I do this, for bindings with and without code words?
Thank you
SH

I would ask CH support for their guidance...but I suspect you'd need to task the spell binding very clearly.
For how to work with and task spell bindings see the intro to
https://shop.creepyhollows.com/spell-ma ... nners.html
and the explanation of how different class spell bindings perform, here
https://shop.creepyhollows.com/class-ra ... irits.html.
I think the distance to the target is key. And that fact that a spell binding created for its owner won't work the same way for someone else - afaik. CH support can give you a definitive answer on how any of their products can best be used.
Tbh I don't task my CH spell bindings to work for others and I don't know if that will stop them working as well for me: can they actually be multi-tasked, or would that reduce their effectiveness? etc. CH support can clarify.

You must stay on the path. Do not leave it.
If you do, you'll never...
find it again.

You could also get a Chimera from CH and task it to task your spells to help your family for you.

@ASTER Quite right - I probably completely missed the point there: family members in the same household? I was thinking of distant relatives.NitNatNewt wrote: ↑Fri Apr 14, 2023 11:18 am You could also get a Chimera from CH and task it to task your spells to help your family for you.
With cross bridging would there be an issue of them agreeing & knowing, or not knowing, though?
@NitNatNewt - Thanks for recommending a Chimera - I'd not read about that special aspect of them before. It's good to know they have that ability. They seem ideal for such a task.
As a side note, according to other CH materials I've read, we can give any of our bound spirit companions permission to use any of our magical resources, including CH spell bindings.
Apologies if I went off target without realising.

In my own personal opinion, family bonds are something inherent on a spiritual level. If I wanted to apply a particular spell of mine to family, I'd just think of the family member and visualize a "cord" connecting us or our geographic locations while holding the vessel and expressing that intent and/or using the relevant code word. But that is just my individual practice, and I don't claim to be an authority. When I want to do this for someone remotely I also combine it with tasking my spirits to cast the spell on my behalf
If you want the target of the spell to be able to control it themselves, this might be something worth getting as well:
