Hey I was just going through my account over on the shop second and was just exploring the point system that CH has and I saw that +19 were added and -19 were taken away the next day. I say “huh” that’s odd… I go to check the item and see it’s still awaiting payment. Does this mean something went wrong or am I just mistaken and I merely need to await for someone to check some box off.
Then again, the item was disconnected off by the flash sale so perhaps it was that?
I’m quite sure it’s me misunderstanding something as I got a email about the item being worked on, and if the item was canceled I would’ve gotten a email about it.
Just want to be sure here

It appears that you may be referring to your points being deducted automatically upon making a new purchase. If this is the case, then it should indeed happen automatically. Regarding items purchased during the Flash Sale, if you paid for them during your order, they should still be reserved for you since they were available at the time of purchase.
If you've subscribed to something, I'm not sure if this is the case; it'll automatically charge your card at a specific time each month. You may notice it showing up as "awaiting payment" as the date approaches. I'm not familiar with any "pending payments," but it might be worth checking with your bank.

Although people have asked for help on here which I believe is fine. In this case, I advise to check your orders and under the awaiting payment one, tap contact seller & inquire there.
