Now, I'm not that experienced with Magick, so my results could just be my imagination, so if it worked for you (or didn't) than I would like to know, anyways. This is my first spell that I've ever made.
This spell is intended to invite spirits to manifest thselves to you (not forcing them to do so). This spell doesn't require any ingredients, it's just an incantation.
Say
"Spirits around
Spirits abound
Hear my call,
Show thyself to me
For it would be a treat."
Repeat this for a maximum of 10 times (as to not annoy the spirits).
Enjoy the results! (Or don't if it didn't work)

I like this spell you made, I tried it and it worked for me as a little flash in my eye corners of a spirit that was around just for a second maybe 2.. I wouldn't recommend trying a spell created by someone who says they're not experienced with magic. For one thing, it's unlikely they know how to make it safe - how to stop whatever call you put out attracting negative or malicious beings. It may not work but I fear that if the person casting it imbues it with any magic, even unwittingly, it could be uncontrolled and cause manifestations of spirits you really don't want coming through...much like an unprotected, wide open ouija board session.
The Creepy Hollows Shop has plenty of items that can help you to see your spirits. (The key word is help - we also need to develop our own abilities. Through work put in over time we can. It's probably not as difficult as we think.)
