So I recently got into doing some research on Ebay, and while I was looking at some listings, I found a freaking CH copycat The person is listing antique items, say that the items are spirited by different types of spirits, and then taking the descriptions straight from the CH encyclopedia.

Anyone knows what's the proper course of action (if any) to take in those cases?
