Hello everyone, I’ve had spirits for awhile, due to some personal stuff in life I’ve unfortunately forgotten to spend time with my spirits and I haven’t interacted with them at all. What can I do to make it up to my spirits?

Welcome back!

I recently returned to the paranormal myself, after quite a break (a few years off).

I wouldn't say you need to 'make it up' to them. What I would recommend is really just bonding time with your spirits. Giving them your time, means everything. Reconnecting goes a long way in positive feelings for both you and them.

Yeah the great thing about being a spirit keeper is that they are there because they want to be. And to parrot Adair, time spent goes a long way in that mutual positivity.
