I'm coming into this conversation very late. From what I see you already have good advice from multiple people already. Whatever you do decide to do, I would put Whatever traits you are looking for in your order notes.
I would continue to ask any questions you have here and your conjurer once you are ready to proceed to that step. @Tarvos often comes off as grumpy so I wouldn't take his manner personally.
