Yes, and the capacity at which they do depends on their being. That is quite hard to explain but I can try. Time doesn't exist the same for all beings so it can be perceived as though certain beings can time travel.

I think, as written before by other users, it depends on the spirit. But maybe you meant, if spirits can travel to the past and the future at the same time? Like bi-location?

I'm not an expert but here we go.

In our physical realm, we measure time as it being linear which gives us past, present and future. In the non-physical realm, I believe that time is measured as a circle so depending on the entity, s/he/it can choose a part of the circle (time) depending on the situation. If a companion can use circular time, then we might perceive them as time travelling. I have a Shaitan djinn living entity who can use circular time if there's a situation that requires such an effort.
