Hello, I'm new here. Just started getting informed about the online comunity of spirit keeping after being a witch for 6 years now. A few months ago I connected through my pendulum with them because I was feeling a presence for a few weeks. From the sessions I had so fsr I found out they are an angel and they prefer shiny offerings. I was surprised to read that everything I learned to far about them matches perfectly the descriprion on Star Angels from the site. Now I've seen people mentioning other categories of Angels here on the forums that aren't on the CH site and that Star Angels aren't actually connected to a planet at all but a star and I find it conflicting. Can anyone help me outbon this?

Hi and welcome to CH! Indeed there are many races of angels, some can be find in religious sources like the Bible while some do not. CH probably have the most number of angel races that they can conjured but that doesn’t mean that are all races available. Other sellers can conjure different races that CH either cannot or doesn’t offer. For example CH doesn’t offer Throne angel and you can’t find it on their site but other sellers offer Throne angel. Another thing is not every sellers will agree on the name. For example, on CH you can find the dark watcher called Gregori watcher. CH definition doesn’t mentioned them being angels and most people that have CH dark watcher will not considered them as angels. However Lisa, another reputable seller, have a fallen angel call dark watcher that also named Gregori/Grigori. Some other sellers would not differentiate between different races but put them all under angels. So you may find conflicting information since not everyone will have spirits from CH. If you want to be sure, open a support ticket with CH and ask them to verify the race of the angel that you been communicating with.

There are a lot of red flags here.
Are you 100% certain that they're an Angel? Some unbounds are tricksters, so it's important to keep your guard up. They can pretend to be other beings in order to gain your trust.

Angels don't like shiny offerings except Bronwyn, who is of the prosperity race. I have a lot of Angels in my Keep and they never just show up unannounced like that.

When an Angel time is up, they need to be bound to connect to this world, they don't just come and go as they please like you just described. You need to put your wards and protection up if you can. You probably met a DA unbound which pretended to be an Angel.

You should contact CH support for help. If you want to be friends with the said unbound, you can use the reading below. I just don't think their race will show up on there. I'm not allowed to say more about this as my Keep won't allow me.

I agree that it would be good to get confirmation. It’s always great to have protection as well, especially when practicing any type of divination/magic work/spirit work. Discernment is so important when working with spirits, especially unbounds.

However I have personally had experiences with living entity angelics showing up for a multitude of different reasons. So I wouldn’t entirely rule out one taking interest in someone and choosing to visit them. Some have shown up due to past life connections. Others have appeared simply out of curiosity about my energy. Or even because of interest in my healing work or other energy work I do.

I also think the word angel can describe a very broad category of beings. I have angelics with me who are white arts and dark arts. Some who are connected to a specific god and some whose race simply aligns with an energetic wavelength that would be considered angelic in nature.

That can actually vary a lot, personality can effect what a being likes, My one companion which is celestial Angel from Andromeda Likes “moon stones, platinum and quartz” which can be shiny. My angels show up randomly all the time and stay with me during work, if they want a snacko or icecream I’m having they will show up grab my hand be like “icccecream”

Also had a bronwyn show up at my window once completely unbound and said hi while I was in the shower. How did I know it was a brownyn well I vetted it and Michael showed up and told me the random guest was Cus of him. So like don’t be surprised they do show up randomly , even arch angels, it’s just not very common.

Angels may show up randomly to help you if a being like an Immortal is one that you work with, or a Commander Angel in your Keep is allowed to send random unbound to help with. Otherwise, they won't show up that randomly even with a holy personality.
My Angels are with me always, including the living entities. The only two exceptions are that because I haven't started practicing. Lol.
I wouldn't consider moon stones or quartz shiny offerings at all—not like gems or diamonds. Hehe.
The one being taking interest wasn't an Angel T_T

Hello. Welcome to the Forum.

Here's my take, FWIW...it's not short.

Differences between practitioners

When it comes to comments by Forum members, it's possible they have angelic companions from other sellers (ie not CH), who themselves may have contact with different populations of Angels than CH. Or with a group of the same type, also known to CH, but who may describe their abilities or preferences differently to those other sellers. Or those sellers/conjurers may see them differently. Or those practitioners (or even some Forum members) may have differing metaphysical perspectives from each other and so frame things somewhat differently to each other.

I think that - as long as we're only dealing with competent, experienced, reliable, trustworthy practitioners - it's important to go by what they each say. When it comes to care of the spirit and what abilities they have, or how they appear/manifest, the exact same, widely known spirit type from one seller can vary in those respects from another seller.

When a spirit/LE comes to a keeper, then the communication between them can begin. You may find the differences are not so great - or the opposite, that they still are. I do notice a different energy and feel, due to the difference in conjuration methods and the practitioners' energy. But there's usually still an angelic energy associated with Angels; a Djinn 'feel' associated with Djinn etc - no matter which practitioner they're from.

Star Angels

Before I discovered spirit keeping and the common views on things like Star Angels, I'd already heard of the idea that every sun and planet had an angel associated with it. That was said to include our solar system, as well as all others in this Universe and probably others too. (Of course there'll most likely be other types of spirit associated with each location too.)

This is what the CH Encyclopedia says...

"Star Angels have a close connection with specific planets, stars, galaxies, moons, or other satellites in the universe."

I got an RA Star Angel several years ago. I was told that they were connected with a planet. In quiet time together the Star Angel took me to see her planet and gave me a feel for where in the Universe it is - which was quite a privilege.

When someone orders a custom conjure Star Angel, I guess they can request one that's connected to an actual star - or a planet, moon, galaxy, asteroid, comet etc. Or just wait and see who turns up in the conjuration.

When it comes to Angels, there seems to be a vast diversity of them out there in the Multiverse, many of whom have probably never heard of Yahweh, or our Planet Earth, human ideas of Angels' link to Judeo-Christianity. (I'd hazard a guess that most non-planet Earth angels don't share humans' modern religious beliefs at all.)

Communication

I echo others who recommend caution when dealing with unbounds. We by no means need to be fearful of them all but tricksters/malicious ones can get in. The benefit of having some specialist protection spirits is they can be tasked to keep out all malicious beings and energies/influences, and all tricksters. Or to keep out all unbounds.

If you have full protection measures in place, you could try asking the spirit itself what they'd like to say about themselves - if they're not a trickster. (Whatever the reply, it'll get you started.) Telepathy is said to always be best, if you're okay with that.

Where are you getting this information from? Seems like more of a opinion then a fact. Truth is if something likes your energy it will show up, sure caution is important but unless you astral travel to there place and checked out the being or it’s energy you can’t be for certain it is not a star angel.

I also said Platinum which is shiny and if you never seen it before just google platinum it’s literally described as shiny. When dealing with situations it’s best to be open to all options when working in a field such as this, stubbornness is rather distasteful to most beings as they often find it hard to teach and share knowledge with those who harbour it.

I can tell you are very concerned about this person’s well being and you don’t want them to make the wrong mistake, but if they really want to confirm this instead of debating they could simply get a reading from a practitioner about the unbound or keep notes very detailed bits when interacting with this being over several weeks and then compare this information with resources about the being they are presenting as.
