Curious to see if anyone else here owns a copy of The Secret Doctrine? My copy is from 1925 in the hardbound, 2 volume set (1 the index for the doctrine, and one the doctrine).
I would be interested to know if anyone has implemented any of the teachings into their work in new or exciting ways and how you may have applied cosmogenesis into any astral or spiritual travel.

Mt. Kurama is famous as place that Mikao Usui trained there.
Kurama-dera Temple was originally a buddhist temple of Tendai sect.
The temple seceded the sect several months after Usui stayed and established an independent religion. The doctrine of Kurama Koukyou has received the major impact from Theosophy.
It is uncertain whether the receipt of Theosophy related to Usui's stay.
But it is a little interesting.

I am bidding on an ebay item regarding "the secret doctrine" but I am not sure if it relates. It once belonged to Adolph Hitler. At first this was a major turn-off until I learned more about the item.

I confused the Christian era and the Showa era.
The establishment of a new religion is only 63 years ago.
