I was wondering if anyone else has had any interesting experiences relating to Mugwort?

I bought some of it today from a Chinese herbal shop in our town after reading that it can really help in remembering dreams, developing lucid dreaming and even prophetic dreams. I have very vivid dreams anyway, but occasionally can't remember them properly and have struggled to branch out to making them truly lucid. I was thinking of beginning to use the herb by just having in nearby to smell while I'm sleeping (as it's got a very strong scent) and maybe move into making teas from it also. I've heard that people also smoke the herb, but I'm not into smoking so probably wont be doing that.

If anyone had any stories to share about their experience with Mugwort, or even other herbs, I would be very interested to hear!

Mugwort is an amazing dream herb. If you puut it in a pouch and under your pillow when you sleep it brings prophetic dreams. It smells great and also makes a great tea and wash to soak your magicals in.

I have to try it, though I also have pretty vivid dreams . I know it's used in Chinese medicine for healing and a procedure called moxibustion where it's burned on certain parts of the body to stimulate qi (also know as chi or ki ) energy and I believe used in acupuncture and for smudging .

On a side note, any herb with 'wort' in the name, has healing properties. Good post. :D
