Hi! ::wave::

Since there's already a "Favorite Paranormal Movie" thread here http://www.creepyhollows.com/phpBB3/vie ... 92&t=15117 , I thought I might, since it's right around the corner, ask what some of your favorite movies during Halloween are. Meaning, is there a particular movie you pull out every October and watch?

For me, they are:

Sleepy Hollow (HEADLESS HORSEMAN, SQUEE! ::rofl:: )
Garfield Halloween
Hocus Pocus
GHOSTBUSTERS! 1&2 (Who ya gonna call?? ::rofl:: )

Which reminds me, it's time to dust off my Ghostbusters DVDs and have a fun movie fest over the next few days. ::bop::

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

The truly powerful never feel the need to brag about it. - Me

My super power would be...: Ability to shape-shift
My magical/paranormal name...: It's a mystery! ;)
Zodiac:

Alas, just Jurassic Park. (Yes and alas, I need to broaden my horizons. I know.)

A heads up about Ghost Busters, last time I saw it, my spirits were ruffled at the poor ghosts being picked on, and an unbound dropped in dramatically. :wtf: Whatever else can be said, my life is never boring.

Disney's "The Adventures of Ichabod & Mr. Toad"... however, just Ichabod part of the movie. I love that film, it is one of my absolute favorites and being a der Bingle fan that is just icing on the cake. Not to mention the Brom & Icabod fight scene is one of the funniest slapstick routines ever put to film.

After that "The Haunting" (original from the 60s), "Shadow of the Vampire" (incredible Vampire film), "Strait Jacket" (Joan Crawford), "Night of the Hunter" (I know, not paranormal, but spooky to chill you to the bones).

“It's easy to look at people and make quick judgments about them, their present and their past, but you'd be amazed at the pain and tears a single smile hides. What a person shows to the world is only one tiny facet of the iceberg hidden from sight. And more often then not, it's lined with cracks and scars that go all the way to the foundation of their soul.”

omg the crow was awesome! ::facepalm:: can't believe i forgot that as well as the john carpenter vampire movie with jon bon jovi.

halloween with michael meyers was ok but i preferred nightmare on elm street with freddy as well as friday the 13th with jason, ;). i almost expected more good horror flicks on today being saturday...

of course wrong turn 1 and 2 were freaky enough to scare; along with the original exorcist uncut; psycho (the original); the lost boys; seven (not your real scary flick but good for scares); the shining with jack nicholson as well as wolf and van helsing with hugh jackman.

for laughs will have to watch zombie strippers later, lol......or maybe not. ;)
