Mine talk, are friendly but are in the quieter group of my keep. Sometimes they can be playful and fun I've noticed.

I have met a friend’s gargoyle that talks, but mine is nonverbal and communicates solely through feeling and body language

I know my Imomimi gargoyle can talk because he join in with me singing. But my other one, L.E. is rather shy type, and I haven't her her voice yet. But she is actively near me though.

And none of them scared me either per house rules.

I only have one gargoyle companion. He communicates with me through telepathy, but he is definitely on the quieter side compared to my other companions. I think he prefers just observing. He loves my gargoyle plushie and the tiny gargoyle statue I got in honor of him.

My Gargoyles seem to use - or prefer? - visual appearance, gestures and telepathic feeling with me, rather than language. They do communicate.

My gargoyles are nonverbal, they prefer to appear in my mind eye from time to time to confirm they are there otherwise they remain silent and invisible.
