Hi guys! I thought I would make a thread to talk about and share recipes from television personalities.

Channel4 (the British TV channel) has a LOAD of recipes from their chefs on their website:

Some of my favorites are:
Chicken and Leek Pie by Jaime Oliver - This one is SO simple to make, and the results are absolute TO DIE FOR. I substitute a regular pie crust for the puff pastry, though because I don't care for how the puff pastry cooks up.

Tom Sum Soup by Gordon Ramsay - I'm a huge fan of Thai food, and so this one is a great favorite of mine. :)

Anyway - do any of you guys have a favorite recipe from a popular chef? Please share!

I don't remember exact recipes, but I just love the recipes that Jamie has with meats roasted together with all the garden vegetables, like carrots, onions, etc... The vegetables are great!=)

Also, Nigella Lawson has a great chocolate cake recipe!X) Just thinking about it is enough to make me drool! :drool: Bon appetit~! :hungry: ::bleh::
