I also have a lot of protective spells. A lot are from CH.

I have my Bangle, this little lady lubba does not mess around. She will devour hostile spooks like candy, she once was gnawing on a arm and she told me “wraith meet is num num!” I rubbed her head and told her that she is my beautiful little Berserker. She once scared the ectoplasm out of Fenia, my alya when she I guess manifested in the basement Bangle looked to Fenia and she yelped when she seen the burning red eyes of my little guardian.

Dragons are awesome!

I only have a Volkh right now however he is quite fierce! I also have fifteen protection bindings.
Eventually I would like to get a Fylgia and one or more Courtwind Angels.

I have lots of protection bindings and several spirits capable in that arena, though most are not actually specifically described as protection spirits.

I just got my first black dragon. He's described as very DA but he honestly seems pretty nice and helpful. I did have a quick vision of him in my back yard he was wrapped up in his wings almost like a bat does when their hanging except he was right side up. Anyways, I don't think many beings would want to stray into the backyard with him there.

Along with my two other Western Dragons, my Chinese Guardian, my Angels and Lord Shiva, I feel pretty safe.

I must say, that it was one of my best decisions to bring home a Courtwind as one of my first spirits. This prevented me from having direct experiences with negative beings in the early beginning of my journey.
I highly suggest to have at least one protective spirit in your keep.

As for the army of protection...I have two protection task groups. I assigned my LE Courtwind Angel as the leader for my WA force and my Demon Warrior for my DA force.

Now that I think about it yes. I have a demon commander and a demon king who both have legions, I have audience with several immortals who protect me daily, my keep and angels. I haven’t had an actual attack on me in a good 4 years now so that’s good x D it’s been smooth sailing thankfully

Not quite an army (yet). Apparently if you're born in the Year of the Rabbit like me you're pretty keen on protection. One book said the best kind of gift for a Rabbit is a new alarm system.

I have set up a Protection Spirits Commune that has 16 specialist protection spirits plus at least another 10 that have known protection abilities (all bound, WA). I've felt with each type an additional level of protection and safety.

I also have 45 Eclipse Metaphysical Guardians, that all have protection abilities (sentient servitors).

I have a plan to get a squad of Lares that can be tasked by my Tower Watchers, 2 or 3 for each Tower Watcher (the 2 types work well together). That would take the protection spirits group up to a size where they might need their own Master Spirit. I wonder what the best spirit for that would be?
