you have read it. Also if you want to inform me about other books, please put the link down here, or
at least the title and the author's name. I really want to get in on the subject so ... any feedback is very

Hey Jez, I'm going to be up front with you. Magick is simple, you get what you put into it, you need to do the exercises, and also you need to get a solid foundation. Going out and buying a bunch of books in different magick traditions is cool, that's if you want to compare what they all have in common. BUT if your serious about spirit summoning, you need to learn a magick system from the ground up, so what you need to do is look at all of the different types of magick systems and pick one that you feel comfortable with, and master it.
This is kind of walking into a house building supply company, and picking up plans to a house, and then saying I'm going to build this house today, but you need how to use all the tools, and all the tricks to building.

I think it's really important for you to note that any of the Spirit Summoning books on the market (ancient, historical, or newer), are all books about summoning spirits for a temporary time & for a specific purpose. It is NOT the same as conjuring a spirit to have as a companion or with the possibility of being bound.
Summoning spirits has been a long practice with roots in many cultures for thousands of years, but it's not the same as Spirit Keeping. A practitioner or "newbie" might summon a spirit for a purpose, helping with love, health, money, divination, etc, but it's not for relationship with an individual spirit purpose. It's to complete a task with which they assist & leave.

I can't contribute much to this topic, as I have not had the desire to conjure or summon spirits..But I am glad you posted your book finds. It would certainly benefit those that are interested in having the knowlege. And serves as a great reference topic for good reading.
My brother, is one of those interested in summoning spirits just for tasks/help, but never has been into spirit conjuring for keeping. I will recommend him the books you kindly listed...I do wonder, if he has any books he can recommend as well.
