Now I have been debating wether to conjure or not. I have been reading the 100 Spell Book from CH's daily freebies, and it had a conjure for creatures. I want to conjure a phoenix but I don't know what to do. Do I conjure and when I am done talking to the phoenix does it leave on it's own or what?

In the Creepy Hollows store they have a beginning class for conjuring. It's in the section called University.
This, I believe, would be more productive for the beginner attempting to conjure a spirit.
Hope this helps.
