not a standard revoewer piece, but I hav been usimg this one on and off for a few months now. My copy is c2 or c3, qbd I do feel that with it I end up fairly well-restede. Despite the fact that I tend to get only 5-6 hours per night.

Overall, I really would reccomend this piece, though brwcelet or necklace form would be easiest to use. (mine is a small bracelet, sretchy and made of wood, i think, with a little skeleton fellow on it. Not my usual style, but I csnNOT deny the effects. )

This may be something I may consider as I have to take meds to even sleep right. Glad to hear it is working for you.

I got this item too in my last order that I got and I really do like it, because when I am so tired and can't sleep, it helps me to get a good night's sleep and feel rested the next morning, now for the dreams, it has been really good for that

oh that's so great starfire! it's an interesting combination of attributes as in the past i have found that dreaming intensely left me exhausted in the morning..unless that was something else going on...

I have Hypnos. He is wonderful about warning me of dangers coming my way and who will cause them. I had the pendant in my nightstand and had not been meditating with it for 2 months and then all of a sudden in one of my dreams the pendant shows up really large and Hypnos shows me danger that is headed my way and who is causing it. I did not expect that! I have a very strong connection to the Greek gods, especially Zeus. I did a Zeus ritual out of a Finnbar International book published by Carl Nagel for one entire month then I decided to stop. Zeus showed me what I should be doing in my dream time and that is what encouraged me to get Hypnos because I really don't pay close attention to what is going on around me when I'm awake because I keep my head down in my work. Hypnos REALLY will contact you if you keep him right by your bed and talk to him before you sleep every night. He also will show you secrets that others are keeping from you too. He showed me what kind of job I should look for and the name of the company once! Very powerful !
