Help! My order can't be processed! Magnolia, help!

I accidentally dropped my spirit stone. And my spirit said she wanted a new vessel. So I went to get a new vessel for her, but payment cannot be processed as it's $0. What do I do??

You can go to the Help Desk and open a new ticket. There's a category for missing / broken vessels.

try choosing layaway as your payment method.

Just make the payment method "Layaway" or "Money Order". That way it goes through, we'll get it and it will get processed!

Mags, would like to ask u.

I haven't bonded with her the full 30 days. So during the period where you bind her to a new vessel, do I continue to bond with her or do I wait till her vessel arrives here and start the 30days all over again?
