Anyone else bought this recently?
I have been so busy with work and life in general, I have not had much time for my spirits, so I wanted to make amends, wanted to start all over again.
I am about to begin the exercise in Part 1 and I was wondering if anyone else is about to try this? If so, please get in touch and it would be nice to have someone to compare notes with. ::Anyone::

I have it on layaway (it's in a big order) although I was just thinking that I should've put it in one of the other orders I placed so that I could use it immediately :(
Please update us with with your experiences. I'll probably have it in a couple of months so I'll write about my experiences then.

I forgot to add, what is great about this exercise is that it helps you connect to your spirits without the aid of any draws or tools such as stones, incense, candles, oils etc.

I got this when she offered for free, they only thing was that I had to research some beings on the net to visualize them. And for some I found nothing :lol: I'm going to start this again for my new kinds so I can share here too.

I have this. It is one of the first items that I purchased from CH. I started doing the exercises, which were working, and for some reason I just stopped. Thank you for bringing this up Anna, as I also, have been remiss in spending time with my spirits lately; and am going to start over beginning next week.

I say let's persuade everyone to get this and make a practicing group :D
It won't be difficult, all new people ask what to do to connect with their spirits.

Arianna - That would be awesome, I would say the more the merrier. Since spirit-keeping doesn't affect two people the same way, this exercise would bring about varied experiences which would be a good source of inspiration for every one of us.
