can someone suggest a spirit for the following?

This might sound trivial but I have been struggling with it for a while now.
I have absolutely zero drive to go to the gym...worst yet, I have very low energy, and no I am not ill. Just super lzy it seems...or maybe in a rut...who knows?
I used to be very healthy and a gym rat...now I go to the gym and leave shortly after. I miss my energy.
I am not overweight so its not about weight loss.
Can someone suggest a spirit that might give me the push or the energy for something like this? I have read the encyclopedia to no avail.

I keep thinking Psy Vamp. Yes, they do feed off energy....but, when your vamp arrives make an arrangement with him/her. I tell mine, "I will take you to my job" ( I have a part time at McDonalds). They LOVE it when people eat meat, and take energy from that. I say "take a little energy from each of the customers as long as they are not too young or too old and frail, and if you get extra share it with me. But never feed from me, because I can use all the energy I can get!" It seems to work very well, and I don't feel drained anymore. You will know how they look forward to going out in public too! It's pretty cool.

interesting. I ave been interested in amps but I have heard they are quite sexual and because i have kids in the house I was always leary of them ....plus I really dont need the sexual aspect of it.

Not all vampires and interested in a sexual relationship with you. You can ask for one that's not interested in getting sexual with you. I have 10 vamps and there's a rule for them not to suck energy from my canary and I've never had a problem with that. You will just have to set rules that they are not allowed to feed inside the family.

Could a chakra alignment issue.. I find after I align my chakras and clear them that I'm way more energetic and focused the next day... so a spirit with chakra cleansing abilities would be great for this. Rainbow dragons or petschke dragons are great, so are the caladrius birds or perhaps a ki-lin? Just some ideas

I have asked my petschke or my caladrius to open up and cleanse my chakras.

In my granfather's class was also The future Edward VIII. the future Kaiser Wilhelm II, and my relative Nicholas II of Russia. The man's name was Eugene Sandow. Why not get his spirit as advisor....

I used to be like u, tired all the time even with 12 hrs sleeping, always but ALWAYS tired.

Ivent gotten my psy vampire yet but I already had some experiences, since his last manifestation, I dont sleep during the day, im more active, I talk to him even without his vessel but I know hes around. Also I noticed my skin got better too, I dont know if that is part of the vampires, but my acne is almost gone !!. Im so excited but I know that will take forever, lol.

Psy vampire is great for energy and good mood. Give it a try.

Well i have this neat spelled stone from another seller. I don't know how much you feel comfortable going for another seller. But is a stone that is spelled with a connection to Apollo that is suppose to help with the desire to want to work and exercise. Also it has the added bonus of being spelled also for opening the third eye. I love it and really buzzes when you hold it.

And to be honest...my Sterling Angels from CH really help me with energy and the desire to be physical. They love it when i dance, an do my work vidoes they jsut buzz all around when i do that.
