Yeah I would like to delete in my own blog too. We usually have this option in other blogs and social media type things. If we had this right, are we deleting our own comments or others? It's actually rare I would lock comments.

Hold on guys! The assumptions are starting to circle like sharks :lol: I didn't assign anyone the right to delete anything.

Why only assign it to a couple people? It should just be a function of a blog. If we've earned the right to have one, we've earned the right to control it. Right?

Because we're testing it before we do it to all blogs. It has to be done manually, so before I waste time if it doesn't work, it would be better to have a few people test it.

I can see all actions taken in the Moderator log, and I see Morag locked several topics & deleted one topic that he started (which is a function all Tenured members have if they delete within a certain number of minutes of creation).

The function I was referring to was locking, not deleting....my comment may have been misconstrued.

Noctem, have you tried logging out & back in? And, have you tried using an alternate browser? You should see the same drop-down menu as Dilvsy. If not, this is the kind of issue I need to figure out before we go full steam ahead for all blog users.

Yes i see the Quick Mod Tools drop down menu - it has 'Lock' and 'Make Sticky'.

But, no 'unlock' or 'unsticky'.

Yes. Logged in with Firefox and it doesn't show here either.
