I just read about "trapped emotions" and "heart walls" and how they affect us negatively. Basically negative energy gets stored within us which leads to problems. This book shows how to find these "trapped emotions" and "heart walls" and how to remove them. It makes use of magnet energy.

I want to try this on myself.

I would appreciate it any energy healers share their thoughts and/or experience with "magnet energy healing"

I use magnets all the time.

I usually get the small neodymium ones and pass them over my body to open up the energy flow. Sometimes I sleep with them.

You can order some with adhesive attached, like a band-aid, but with a magnet in the center instead of gauze. That way you can attach them anywhere.

They can make a huge difference.
