I would love to read about this too, as I have a few high elves in my keep and I love their energy and how they help you connect to the Earth's energy!!!!

Automatic writing is so amazing but I can't seem to get it to flow from my hand...I've tried many a time. I look forward to reading the message.

I'd love to read this too. I don't have any high elves in my keep yet but my first elves (Idelkyth and Ridanrius) arrived last week and I've only just started connecting with them. As they are more evolved that the other elf races (especially the Idelkyth) I'm still looking for ways to connect with them that we will both enjoy.

AWARENESS ALONE; Makes you a PART of something...

FEEL:
The FLOW of these energies...
1) is it WELCOMING to your touch and when you try to connect to it's energy? How does it GREET you?

2) Does it's energy have a RHYTHM?

3) How STRONG IS THE LIFE within it's energy?
(For example FRESH LUSH GRASS = STRONG FLOW OF LIFE ENERGIES?
YELLOW OR BROWN GRASS = WEAK / FAINT LIFE ENERGIES?)

WHAT MESSAGE does it share with you, RIGHT NOW?
HOW is it DIFFERENT / SIMILAR to the energies of a TREE, a RIVER, a FLOWER? etc..

Oh wow!!!!! When I was first learning reiki and all the different kind of healing systems, there was one that was about remembering Mother Earth.

When I was attuned to this system, after I was done, part of what I had to do was go outside and sit on the ground and just let all of my senses be fill with the energy that come from Mother Earth!!!!

I KIDD you not, I could actually see and feel the Earth breathing, it was a very over powering energy and even today if I go out and sit on the ground, I will see and feel it!!!! Going and touching a tree and becoming one with the tree, I will see the Earth's energy coming up through the tree and into me!!!!

Since I have some high elves and all my other elves, they are right there with me, when I do this!!!! It is a wonderful feeling and yes I can close my eyes and still "see" and see even better, because of the energy and the different colors and sensations that I get, even when I am not using my real eyes!!!!

Just really excited!!!!

Thank you for sharing! I realise that this is something I have done as long as I remember, but I have not done it consciously. I can´t wait for spring to try this out.
