First is looking for a spiritual mentor, one that can teach me things i need to learn spiritually, i have a lot of spirits but really need one that is set out to do this and nothing else, what would you suggest?

I need a good spirit that protects on the astral realm although i can only get there once in a blue moon, when i'm there i seem to run into the black shadow bodys as i call them not very nice, i normally end up having a fight with them so need a good spirit to protect while being on the astral when i can get there and only dedicated to astral protection, what do you suggest?

cool thanks, was looking for a male, they have a lot fo females and also wish granting, not too bothered about that only more on protection on the astral, doesn't CH have these kind of spirits?
