On the firs day or so it drained my energy much quicker than I would normally go through it. Other than that I hadn't had much of a chance to notice much else with it yet, I'll update when I have more, I hope any other reviewers working with this binding will add to this.

I'm not sure it was either the energy of the binding working to open me up, or something else.

I saw some light flashes at various times through the night, both with eyes open and eyes closed). All the blinds were drawn so there was no artificial source of light.

At other times there were a couple of loud thumps, which were louder than the usual house-settling noises that naturally happen at night. There were also whisperings, but I couldn't clearly hear what was being said.

Overall, it was an entertaining experience, but not a scary at all.
