I am not going to send out another newsletter until everything is complete :lol:

To cut all of this down into a simple explanation, the CH site is too big, and has too much traffic to be on the server it's on (as mentioned in the newsletter). Since the site is interactive, and not static, there are processes running on multiple parts of the site, all at the same time, and with the volume of people across the site there's a lot of requests from the current server to do the work, and there aren't enough resources.

The hosting company is building us a server, and they have assured us they can get it moved quickly this week, and that would be in everyone's best interest, instead of waiting.

So, you may experience up & down across the site until they get us moved.

Thank you all for bearing with us, we always do whatever we have to do to keep the site up-to-date on security, as well as up-to-date in technology. It's another growing pain, but we'll get through it.

Once we get the site moved and everything working, we will have a week-long sale that was supposed to be this week.

Well when you have a lot of great things and you two show that you really do care about all of us here, that is what helps you to grow, and you guys have grown a lot in the past few years!!!!

I think it is awesome, and that is because you two are awesome!!!! It is an honor to know you both!!! Thank-you for all that you two do for all of us!!!!

It's great for you that we keep crushing the site cause it means we're more and more every time. It's also great for us to see that this community has so many new members!

Yay, glad to here that, I'm also some what happy that the site is crashing since it means more business than what the server can handle. Despite the pain of it going down.

Thank you guys SO MUCH for the support. We all went to the site Monday and were like , what happened?! It's been quite crazy here the last few days, so the love is greatly appreciated by Ash & myself!

As for the site, in the long run, the benefits will outweigh the frustration, I managed to get my orders thru, but the new server sounds the go, all the ambulance chasers plus us, makes a lot of people LOL
