Checked email archives for order. It was for a "Thelfalaea Swiftstriker Price: $65.00". I tried emailing follow-ups years ago but gave up. It's been so long I just wrote it off.

I'm starting to think of going to PayPal for a refund of what is owed to me, as I did make a couple of previous small orders. I do like Kelis, he's a great guy and has an awesome talent. I just feel I don't know what to do. I sent an email to him for a new order as well of one item and haven't received a reply to that either, nor follow up responses to my previous enquires about my other orders. I would really appreciate a response from him with follow ups to the last two orders and the recent one.

Never feel bad about requesting a refund if you feel a lack of follow up happening, especially now that he's closing shop in only two days. At that point you might not get your items, or have a way to contact him if he drops the email he uses.

I doubt he will answer any mails or working on orders before he closes his shop. He has your money, why should he work on something, if he can just let it slip under the table?
Wrote him a month ago and still hasn't received an answer also about a years old order (which was one item)
He should feel ashamed to rip off people that bad!

I've also been waiting close to 3 years for my multiple orders, 400+ dollars down the drain so far, hopefully I can either finally get then completed or get a refund. I've been patient with him this entire time, but for the amount I spent I expected at least something by now.

I understand that he is slammed, and that mental health plays a a role, but he knew he wasn't delivering on his promises and kept on taking the money off people anyway knowing he wasn't fulfilling his end of the deal.
I for one am very disappointed a seller that was held in such high esteem by the community went the route of taking money and not delivering for years on end. I think more patience and understanding is a bit much to ask after 3 years of wait, though it seems to be the only option.
If I could still open a paypal dispute I would, unfortunately too much time has passed. I am upset though not surprised that his website is still up after the deadline and still selling.
Three years ago if someone asked me to recommend a seller it would have been him, though now all I can say is "buyer beware".

Guess Kelis is no longer closing. I placed an order months back only to cancel it once I noticed he was planning to close - I let him keep the money as a donation of good faith. Now I'm hesitant to purchase another order since that "until further notice" is up. Is he staying open until he completes his backlogged orders? If so, taking more orders seems rather...counterproductive. In any case I guess more people have the option of requesting refunds if they'd like to do so since his contact will be up for longer than estimated. Hopefully he can get through that long backlog and either learn something and keep his store open, or close and never worry over stress again.
